Graphic Designer (Full Time/Contract)

A challenging position for those who would like to pursue a design and digital media career. The candidate must be an independent, self-motivated and committed professional with a demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple projects, team members and meeting tight timelines. You need to love design and strive for creativity. Most importantly, we have no time for politics and ego battles.

This position will be based in Jakarta with mostly WFO arrangement.

Responsibility :

  • To work closely with the creative team and suit to generate creative concept and visuals to fulfil the client’s brief.
  • To produce concept proposal (sketches/storyboards/mock ups/scamps/etc.) to communicate ideas to the client.
  • Able to gain an understanding of the target audience and business that the marketing collateral is aimed at
  • Able to instil and upkeep high design standards on the creative/design team in accordance to the creative director’s expectations.
  • Act as the final eye for quality control before the artwork gets presented to the creative director and account managers.
  • Meeting with the creative director, account managers before presenting ideas to clients.
  • Pitching ideas to clients.
  • Briefing and leading other members of the creative/design team
  • Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots, event, etc.
  • Working on location (during safe time).

Qualification :

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in graphic design and display/POSM industry
  • Bachelors degree in a design-related course or equivalent

Account Executive (Digital Advertising)

We are looking for an Account Executive who is ready to step up her/his game. If you are a hustler, a peacemaker, and ready for the world stage, you may be the one! This position will be based in Jakarta with mostly WFO arrangement.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Establishing a thorough understanding of the client’s business and developing the best marketing plans to meet their business objectives.
  • To work with w3-o teams & network in Singapore and Indonesia.
  • To handle clients from Singapore, Indonesia and the region.
  • To manage end to end marketing campaigns – from strategy, planning, implementation, execution, project management, to post campaign reviews
  • In-depth knowledge of integrating digital media across different mediums ATL-digital-btl-360˚
  • Excellent client, time, project and financial management are essential.
  • Manage client meetings and status reports.
  • Participate in the initiation, presentation, and completion of projects.
  • Maintain current knowledge of interactive products and industry trends.
  • Ability to develop integrated media strategies and plans for clients
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with some remote arrangement
  • To be involved in business development both within Singapore, Indonesia and regionally, if required.

Requirements:

Media Strategist (360 Advertising)

Media strategists are responsible for developing and executing media plans. They work with clients to determine which types of media will be most effective at reaching their target audience, then create a plan that outlines how they’ll use those channels to achieve specific goals. If you love translating client needs into effective and profitable digital solutions, you will be a great fit for the role. This position will be based in Jakarta with mostly working at office arrangement.

Media strategists also plan advertising campaigns, which typically includes choosing which media channels to use, when to advertise and where. You also typically conduct a lot of research into the target market to help you tailor your advertising.

For instance, media strategists need strong analytical skills that can help them properly determine the answers gleaned from gathered data. They must also be strong communicators to accurately convey the vision of an ad campaign to creative teams and executives, as well as to discuss budget concerns. Additionally, it’s vital for those in the role to apply strong critical thinking skills for efficient campaign development strategizing. It’s also crucial for media strategists to have a keen awareness of current events and trends that relate to a target audience’s interests.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Understand and keep up to date on the latest trends in digital media, including new platforms, technologies, and user behaviors
  • Develop an understanding of our client’s business, their customers, and their objectives for each project
  • Work with the account team to develop a deep understanding of the target audience(s) for each project
  • Conduct research and analysis on target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that achieve the client’s objectives within the defined budget
  • Negotiate with media partners to secure the most favorable rates and placement for our campaigns
  • Manage campaign implementation, working with media partners and internal teams to ensure all elements are executed according to plan
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly to ensure maximum results
  • Prepare post-campaign reports detailing results achieved and lessons learned
  • Stay up to date on the latest changes in Google and Facebook advertising platforms
  • Keep abreast of new ad products and features across all major social media and digital advertising platforms
  • Identify opportunities for testing new ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

Project Manager (Advertising Agency)

The job of an Advertising Project Manager involves planning projects and overseeing production within set deadlines. The manager will coordinate with clients, stakeholders and the entire advertising team to achieve advertising goals. A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Managing multiple advertising projects at a time, overseeing every detail of the project from planning to reporting of revenues, developing new clients and maintaining existing customers, coordinating with team members and acting as a link between the client and advertising team, and evaluating advertising results, among others.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
